Problem:
This issue was reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# GCUN4JYMXC and was
addressed in 7.0.1.

SPR# GCUN4JYMXC - Fixed a crash which occurred when removing a section. With
this fix, selection of the part of the section that will crash if edited (while
in edit mode), will not be allowed.
Refer to the Upgrade Central site for details on upgrading Notes/Domino.
To work around this issue, after deleting the section containing the table,
save, close and re-open the document before making any further updates. More >
